Alots of new birdhouse come out everyday.

This is a new place for BH coz alots of BH is a new and some is just start to build the building.
Why do they start to build BH at that area?

1/ This is a new place so they can got more bird to stay in a BH faster than another.
2/ This is a food source area.
3/ This a safe place noone complaint.
4/ This isa flying path for them so easy to lure a young bird to live.


I hope before you decide to build a BH you will choose a right place and build a big BH like this.

A colourful bird house in Perak

This is a bird house with colour. Do you believe this is a BH or not?



I was so strange when i saw a house with a colour like this and i ask my Sifu " is it a bird house?"



After we stop a car we go into the restaurant beside the birds and meet 2 people who respond for the bird house come to great us and talk to each other.



They ask us to buy the ticket to go into the BH, wow the BH for visit. I was so strang that this is a BH for tourist or someone who want to see the real BH at the inside.





This is a joking place but it is really a BH.




I hope i can go to visit this BH again next time. This is the place that teach me how to install the BH for inside and location that i should choose to build a BH for next time.

My training at Malaysia.

1,600 kilometers journey from KL -Setiawan- Port Klang - Sungai Rambai - Kuala Selangor - Sekinchan - Sungai Besar - Bukit Mertajam - Padang Serai - Kota Bahru - Tumpat - Kuala Besut - Kuala Krai - Gua Musang - Raub - Bentong - KL is for trainig about swiftlet farming at Malaysia was completed.

Fist thing for me, i want to say thank you to the man at Setiawan, Perak, that he let me and my brother to entering a BH with 3,000 nests to see and check all the system in the house. Do you think someone will let you go to see and check the system in their house that become a succesful house already like me? This is a big luck for me that noone can have like me and my brother. He also teach me alots and tell me about real experient from him.

Second, thank you to Mr. J at BESUT that he let us to go in his BH to see everything in the house and teach me how to be a successful for BH.

Third, thank you to all my friend who take care of my at Malaysia for my training time at Malaysia.

This is something that i did with my Sifu for my training at Malaysia.

1) Visited 12 birdhouses and 6 of which we entered for evaluation and inspection.

2) Did 4 time for bird call tests along the way.

3) Inspect a BH with more then 3,000 nests.

4) Have a look at one BH about to complete in Setiawan.

5) Visited a BH about 80% complete in Kota Bahru.

6) Visited a stand alone BH just started with the footing in BM.

7) Visited a BH that was turned around after not doing well for 9 months in Raub.

8) Visited a very sick BH in Tumpat.

9) Visited a row of Swiftlet ecopark in Kuala Krai.

10) Visited the Ridel Olympic lane in Kota Bahru.

11) Visited the most successful BH in Setiawan, Padang Serai, Besut, Kuala Krai and Bentong.

12) Visited the most colorful BH in Sungai Rambai.

13) Visited a shop house that was ear marked to turn into BH in Grik.

14) Encountered a total number of 9 wild elephants while of Grik-Jeli highway. The leader nearly attacked our car.

15) Met a 12 years old girl, Miss Ying, who is a blog reader too.

16) Submitted a 12 pages BH visit report to Mr.L of Tumpat.

17) Visited a BH in Besut of which I was fascinated with it's progress.

18) Spend about 30 minutes at Bentong to look at those birds swooping into BH.

19) Take a very good look at how "Black Cloud" performed in Setiawan and Besut. At both places BC was over my expectation.

20) Learn about how to use all the equipment in the birdhouse.

I have a wonderful time for my training and i will write more about swiftlet farming next time to share all experient and knowledge more.
