I just back from Koh Kong provice. At Srok Srai Ambil, i saw one bird house (BH) that already run about 1 year more.
The BH owner say that there are about 200 birds live in his house now.
First time, this is an abandon house for long time and saw the bird live in this house so he decide to buy this house and convert to a BH.
I ask him some question about how to build BH and wher he learn this about BH. He say that he study from his relative at Shihanouk Ville. He didn't say anything about BH, seem like he don't want to share anything about BH to anyone. He just say "I know how to build BH, if you want to build i can do for you, just pay money is enought".
What do think if consultant say like that to you? Do you believe that he can do a good job for you?
I have experient from Malaysia, the consultant alway say "I can do it, i know how to do this job" but 70% of bird house in Malaysia is fail. My idea is you have to think it carefully before you choose someone to be your consultant. You have to make sure that the consultant must have knowledge and can share anything about this work with you. Some consultant will go away from you after they got your money.
